Everett, WA   December 4, 2009 –   This holiday season, Everett Mall is proud to welcome back several holiday giving traditions.  Community members are invited to support the Tree of Giving, a program designed to provide gifts for residents in local retirement and convalescent centers.  Shoppers can choose from many tags listing residents and their gift wishes from one of the several tag trees located throughout the Mall.  Wrapped gifts must be placed under the Tree of Giving in the Steve & Barry’s wing by December 18.

Shoppers can also support Christmas House of Snohomish County by placing a new, unwrapped toy in the Community Toy Chest located in center court.  Donations will be accepted through December 20.

Free gift wrapping is available at Everett Mall through December 24.  Donations for this service benefits the Snohomish County Explorers and Evergreen Food and Goods Rescue.
